Hi, I’m Alison!

I’m passionate about living life with intention, simplifying wellness routines, and exploring the mysteries of human consciousness.

My Mission.

My mission is to empower you with the education and tools to cultivate a deep connection with your body so that you can nourish and meet its needs in a healthy and sustainable way.

My Philosophy.

Slowing down and living with intention are the greatest gifts that we can give ourselves. Healing and fulfillment don’t happen through force.

“Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you - all of the expectations, all of the beliefs - and becoming who you are.”

Rachel Naomi Remen

My Journey

I spent most of my 20s dealing with chronic health symptoms… Chronic acid reflux, indigestion, multiple food sensitivities, chemical sensitivities, dysbiosis, fatigue, brain fog, adult acne, recurring UTIs, painful periods, PMS, and more. Visits to the doctor and routine lab tests indicated that everything “looked normal” even though I didn’t feel normal. My engineer brain was set on figuring out this puzzle myself, so I went down rabbit holes on the internet, researched symptom after symptom, and tried everything under the sun (supplement protocols, detoxes, fad diets, celery juice, etc.)… looking for solutions and unfortunately doing more harm than good to my body.

In my research, I eventually discovered the impacts of stress and trauma on the body and the role that nervous system regulation plays in our ability to heal. I began to realize that my body was stuck in survival mode, and the physical health issues were only the tip of the iceberg. This led to asking myself some hard questions…

Why am I the way that I am?

Where did my limiting beliefs come from?

How did I develop certain coping and defense mechanisms?

As I peeled back each layer, I uncovered new parts of myself that I had been disconnected from for far too long. I learned that physical health and emotional health are intricately tied, and it’s difficult to heal one without the other. Not only did I need to let go of symptom chasing and instead prioritize a foundational approach to health, I also needed to unpack my emotional wounds and triggers that were keeping me stuck in dysregulated patterns and holding me back from true healing.

In hindsight, I realize that my physical health issues were inviting me to take a step back and examine my life. They opened the door for a deeper awakening. It’s been a long, winding road to reclaiming my health but also enlightening, transformative, and empowering in many ways.

It’s from this lived experience that I transmute my pain into my purpose and wish to light the path for others to reclaim their health. By combining foundational nutrition principles, functional lab testing, and somatic work, I guide clients to tune into their body to understand its true needs and empower them with the education and tools to meet those needs in a healthy, sustainable way.

If you’re walking a similar path, know that you don’t have to be alone on this journey. You deserve support. You deserve to feel good. You deserve to live your most authentic, liberated life.

My Education

As a lifelong learner, I’m fascinated with understanding how things work, especially the human body. I was formally educated as an engineer, and I now use my critical thinking skills and endless curiosity to understand your unique health challenges and help you find your path towards healing.
