You’re here because you want clarity, not more guesswork
I help conscious professionals who are dealing with bloating, unpredictable digestion, low or unstable energy, and brain fog understand what’s actually driving those symptoms – and what to do about them.
Through functional nutrition, targeted lab testing, and nervous system support, we address root causes and build a structured, personalized plan that creates sustainable energy and reliable digestion, so you have the mental clarity and steadiness to pursue what’s most important to you.
Ready to stop guessing and finally understand why your digestion and energy feel off?
You’re intelligent, capable, and deeply self‑aware – likely the kind of person others rely on.
You’ve done the “right” things: eaten well, exercised, tried supplements, maybe even worked with other practitioners. And yet, your digestion still feels unpredictable. Your energy dips when you need it most. Brain fog creeps in at the worst times.
You’re tired of using so much mental energy trying to determine what to eat, which supplement to take, or why something that helped last month suddenly makes you feel worse.
You know that another trend or one-size-fits-all protocol isn’t going to give you the lasting results you want. You’re looking for clarity and a plan that’s personalized to you, so you can understand why your body is responding the way it is and how to support it in a way that actually lasts.
That’s where I come in.
Hi, I’m Alison!
Restorative Health Practitioner & Somatic Coach
I work with professionals who’ve done a lot “right” for their health – yet still don’t feel well – to help them understand what’s actually driving their digestion and energy challenges.
I take a root-cause, data-driven approach that blends functional nutrition, advanced lab testing, and nervous system support – without losing sight of the human in front of me.
Because I’ve been there, too.
I became the practitioner I always wished I’d had.
I spent most of my twenties searching for answers to an ever-growing list of symptoms – chronic acid reflux, bloating, fatigue, food sensitivities, brain fog, acne, painful periods, and more.
Doctor visits and routine labs ended the same way: “Everything looks normal.” But I didn’t feel normal.
My engineer brain knew there had to be more to the picture, so I set out to solve the puzzle myself. A lot of late-night Google searches, random supplements, and trendy diets. I was trying to heal, but often just spinning my wheels.
And the harder I pushed, the more exhausted I felt.
What’s possible when you stop chasing symptoms
Everything changed when I began to understand the connection between stress, the nervous system, and physical health. I realized my system was stuck in survival mode and that I couldn’t force healing with the same mentality that led to my “rock bottom” in the first place.
The health challenges I was navigating were actually an invitation to slow down and reexamine my life. They taught me that healing is both a science and a process of learning how to listen to the body.
The real transformation began when I finally slowed down from corporate life, stopped chasing symptoms, and started honoring what my body really needed – supporting my nervous system, nourishing my body consistently, and restoring digestion based on actual lab data rather than guesswork.
This journey became the foundation of my work
The truth is, there wasn’t one quick fix that changed everything. What I gained was a clearer understanding of what my body needed, a more grounded relationship with it, and the ability to respond to its needs without constantly second-guessing myself.
That experience now shapes the way I support my clients. Through functional nutrition, targeted lab testing, and nervous system support, I help you identify the patterns contributing to your symptoms and build a personalized path forward that feels both strategic and sustainable.
My goal isn’t simply to give you another protocol to follow. It’s to help you understand your body, feel confident in how you support it, and rebuild the energy and resilience you need to live your life more fully.
If you’re walking a similar path, know that you don’t have to keep trying to piece all of it together on your own.
My Qualifications
As a lifelong learner, I’m fascinated by understanding how things work, especially the human body. I was formally educated as an engineer and now use my critical thinking skills and endless curiosity to understand your unique health patterns and translate them into a clear, personalized plan.

I do things a little differently than other practitioners
Foundations first – always. No chasing symptoms. No skipping steps. We rebuild digestion, nutrient status, and regulation so your body can actually respond to more advanced strategies later on.
Science meets embodiment. Lab data brings clarity and direction, while nervous system regulation creates the conditions for healing.
Personalized specifically to you. Your body, lifestyle, goals, and lab data determine the plan, not trends or templates.
Education over dependency. I don’t just tell you what to do – I teach you how your body works so you can build trust in yourself long‑term.
Compassion without hand‑holding. You’ll feel deeply supported and empowered through each step of the journey.
I’d love to help you see what’s possible
